This course provides an introduction to financial accounting, including generally accepted accounting principles, financial statement preparation, the accounting cycle, specialized  ledgers, journals, accounting for cash, accounts receivable, sales, accruals and prepayments  and depreciation on fixed assets.

This course one of an elementary level types of accounting where the course covers about costing from raw material purchase to transformation process until finished goods. Besides that, the course covers methods on controlling the stock and labour expenses. Furthermore, this course also describes how to standardize the pricing on each product with regards of the expected profit generated to ensure the production’s efficiency.

This course is an introductory course and enables students to understand the basic concept of finance in an organization. Students will define concepts, characteristics, features and analyzing related financial statement. The course will equip students with basic of finance with cover on introduction, financial analysis, planning and forecasting, marketable securities, short term and long term financing. The course will also assist students to comprehend other related finance course.

This course is continuity from subject Principles of Finance whereby they are required to know financial tools available from individual level to corporate sector level. This course also involves elements of investment, sources of financing, short term financial management, leverage and also company’s dividend policy. At the end of the day, this money management course will ensure that financial managers achieve one ultimate goal, which is maximize profit and minimize losses as well as maximize shareholder’s return.

An introduction to contract law, including capacity, formalities, terms, vitiating factors, discharge, remedies, and sale of goods and consumer protection legislation for accountants, business managers and other non legal professionals.

 This subject is designed for knowledge and understanding of more advanced statistical techniques and the ability to apply this knowledge and understanding in solving business problems. The students will be teaching what statistics is and when it can be implemented.

A broad knowledge and understanding of advanced business calculations in relation to simple and compound interest, stock exchanges business ownership, profitability and liquidity, investment appraisal bankruptcy, depreciation of business assets and index numbers. Besides that, knowledge from this course can be used and applied in a business situation. 

This course will cover the issues of both microeconomics and macroeconomics. This course will attempt to combine economic theory with practical. The goal is to give students a sufficient understanding of economic issues and problems, understand the impact on government policy, economic phenomena and the choice people make.
